BHOPAL : State media in-charge of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Hitesh Vajpayee is ahead in the race to become national media in-charge of the party. The team of the organization is going to be announced by the party national president Amit Shah. Vajpayee could get responsibility to handle media at the national level.
State organisational in-charge Vinay Sahasrabuddhe and BJP national vice-president Prabhat Jha are making all efforts for Vajpayee’s selection. Vajpayee has been handling charge of media in the state for last six years. He also holds the post of chairman of the civil supply corporation. The current national media in-charge of the BJP, Shrikant Sharma has become the national general secretary which has led to headhunt for a new person. A new team of the BJP is also likely to announced in the state. because of which a new media in-charge is being searched for.
