Guest teachers’ sit-in continues on fifth day

Thandla : The sit-in protest of guest teachers of Thandla continued on fifth day also on Thursday. The teachers staged sit-in at Tehsil office here.

The guest teachers staging protest with demand of to make them permanent. But, the State Government did not give any response to their demands. Due to teachers’ strike, students’ studies are being affected badly.

Hundreds of guest teachers of Thandla Tehsil are participating in the protest. Block president of guest teachers’ association Arjun Singh Maida and vice president Dinesh Chauhan informed that all the protesting teachers will take out a rally at district headquarter Jhabua on Friday.

Both the leaders asked all the teachers of the district to attend the rally to show their unity. State president of Adhyapak Sangh Bharat Patel also supported guest teachers’ demand and asked the State Government to fulfill their demands.
