Govt accepts three-tier timescale demand of employees

BHOPAL : Accepting the demands of employees, the state government has agreed to give them three-tier timescale in their service period of 30 year. Such employees, who have been given benefit of two time scales, will get the third time scale pay from July 2014. Orders have been issued in this regard.

As per the order, the employees of grades A,B,C, will be benefited with third time scale pay after completion of 30 years of service. Such employees who have been given benefits of two promotions or two time scale pay, will be given third time scale pay from date of taking charge of posts for which there is direct recruitment.

The employees who are given benefit of special scheme, will also be given third time scale pay after completion of 30 years after clearance of cabinet.

Such employees whose basic pay has been upgraded on or after April 1, 2006, their entitlement for third time scale pay, will be considered from date of appointment.

Even class-IV, the employees will be given benefit of time scale pay from July 2014 or completion of 30 years of service.
