Contribution to nation’s growth real homage to martyrs: Chouhan

‘Yad Karo Qurbani freedom march’

BHOPAL : Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan called upon the youths to pledge for their contribution in all round development of the state as country got independence after sacrifice made by heroes.  He was addressing youths on the eve of the Independence Day at Iqbal Maidan before taking out “Yad Karo Qurbani torchlight freedom march”.

CM Chouhan said, “It is the duty of every citizen of the country to remember the sacrifice of our heroes. On call of PM Narendra Modi, Tricolour rallies are being taken out all over the country.” The CM paid tributes to the freedom fighters on this occasion. He led the torchlight march from Iqbal Maidan to Polytechnic Square (Ravindra Bhavan). Freedom fighters, former CM Babulal Gaur, MoS, cooperative, Vishwas Sarang, mayor Alok Sharma, MLAs Surendra Nath Singh and Rameshwar Sharma, BDA chairman Om Yadav, students, players and others also joined the freedom march. Chouhan also inaugurated an exhibition at Swaraj Bhavan. Patriotic songs were also presented on this occasion.
