Khargone : After the suicide case of the student Tripti Bhumarkar, studying at the Government PG College, the students of the college held a candle march, demanding thorough investigation and action. District convener of ABVP, Dinesh Yadav, informed via memorandum, that the PG college, is a known educational institute and hence CCTV cameras should be fixed in the premises of the college, so that the environment becomes secure enough for the girls to survive. Often, hooligans eve-tease the girls and manage to flee due to their speedy vehicles. CCTV shall help in catching such crooked people. The incident has created an insecure atmosphere, amongst the girls of the college.

The student of the PG College Tripti was constantly mentally harassed by a man named Anwar, who used to work in a welding shop, located opposite to the college. The harassment depressed the girl to such an extent that she hanged herself to death. However, this incident has brought the security system of the college to the notice. As per an office bearer of ABVP, Bholu Karma, the college premises shall fix CCTV cameras and  a better security with the help of the police, so that such mishaps can be stopped. ABVP has also stated that there is a racket in the town, which involves girls in physical exploitation.
