Burhanpur: Burhanpur under-13 football team will represent town in the under-13 Goa Super Cup International Youth Football tournament scheduled to be held in Goa from May 10 to 14.The team has already reached Goa.
Before leaving for the competition Texmo company managing director Sanjay Agrawal motivated the team and congratulated them. Agrawal gave travelling kits and made travelling arrangements for the team on behalf of his company. Football coach Surendra Sharma said that students have worked really hard for this competition. The team was runner-up last year in the competition organised in Mumbai in December.
This year we will be the winners, team members said. The team left for Goa on May 9. In this competition Sagar Sonwade, Lokesh Tayde, Prem Panjwani and 11 players will take part.
