BHOPAL: ‘Magnanimous’ – the team of students of Patel Group of Institutions has entered the finals of the 36-hour non-stop digital product development contest ‘Smart India Hackathon’. The contest is being organised jointly by Human Resources Development ministry and All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) for engineering students simultaneously across 26 cities in India. Around 30 lakh students from different colleges participated in the contest. Samkalp Jain, Taeen Hasan and Poonam Patel of computer science department and Harsh Gargav and Aarti Shrivastava of electronics and communications department, under the leadership of team leader Shubham Mathur prepared a digital product called Aadhar-linked Unique Medical Record of Indian Citizens (ALUMRIC) for the contest.
