Bhopal Municipal Corporation drive takes doctors to construction sites

BHOPAL: On the occasion ‘Labour Day’ which falls on May 1, Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) organised a drive ‘Doctor Aapke Dwar’ at construction sites for labourers. A free medical check up and special advice by doctors for summers were held under the drive. ORS was also distributed to labourers. Besides, a street play was also staged by young artists. It was based on the importance of clean surrounding and clean city. Began from May1, the week long drive will ensure all basic rights of labourers of proper toilet & clean drinking water is ensured at all  construction sites. It will be week-long exercise covering various construction sites in the city. This activity is being executed by Sanidhya Samiti for Bhopal Municipal Corporation.
