Bhopal: Meet on ‘Safe Blood’ from November 18

BHOPAL: To create awareness about blood donation and making blood available to the needy, the Indian Society of Transfusion Medicine is organising a three day National Scientific symposium from November 18-20 at Hotel Noor-Us-Sabah.

Secretary of organising committee, Dr Manisha Shrivastav said that the symposium has been organised on the theme of ‘Safe Blood, healthy India with each life providing drop’. “How we can bring in technology for safe blood transfusion, quality maintenance, checking blood availability online, blood management and

to new technologies that are coming up in Blood banking”. Various doctors, scientists, research scholars will participate in the symposium.
