Bhopal: Prices of essential commodities are all set to rise after general elections. A section of traders and market warn and cited reasons galore behind this predicion. According to them whichever party comes to power, it will have to manage the show and fulfill the promises through taxes. Secondly, un-favourable weather condition like drought hit many states so help to farmers will have to be managed.
Thirdly, Elections and in –anticipation of mid-term polls, hoarders will be active which will lead shortage of items in the market. Fourthly, corporate houses which have funded in election will try to recover after elections. But other section denied it stating that it is quite premature to make comments. They said, “Wait and watch” till results as it is all rumors and it creates unrest in the market.”
