Bhopal: High Court has issued bailable warrant against commissioner, tribal, Deepali Rastogi on Tuesday. She has been instructed to be present in court for next hearing on January 16. The issue is related to absorption and merger of schools owned by the tribal department to the school department. The state government had ordered merging the teachers into one cadre and after merger, teachers can be transferred to their choice.
The tribal department commissioner Rastogi put the ban on the merger and did not follow government order regarding absorption and merging. On this the teachers moved High Court and the court ordered the commissioner to present personally in the court on January 16.
