Bhopal: PCC spokesman KK Mishra has accused the state government of sheltering those who tried to grab government job on basis of forged mark sheets. Mishra said that despite Allahabad High Court directions and letter of Additional Inspector General of Police(AIG) of SIT Mahendra Modi to Ashok Nagar collector BS Jamod, no FIR was registered against the accused.
He alleged that under the protection of the politicians, an inter-state gang was operating in the state to forge mark sheets. During joint Patwari recruitment Examination-2008 conducted by Vyapam in Ashok Nagar district, many candidates were caught with forged marksheets of Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Vishwavidyalaya, Agra.
When name of the university surfaced, a petition was filed in Allahabad High Court and Uttar Pradesh Government had ordered Special Investigation Team(SIT) probe into the matter. The probe revealed that candidates produced marksheets of BCA, PGD, CA allegedly issued by Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar, Agra.
Cases of 13 candidates like Ranu Raghuvanshi, Ramkumar Yadav, Virendra Singh, Abhilash Kale, Shashi Kale, Satyendra Singh, Devendra Singh, Vinod Kumar, Bhupendra Singh, Parmal Singh, Sweta Shrivastava, Shiv Kumar, Anil came into light.
