BHOPAL: The state Congress will hold a ‘chaupal’ in CM’s assembly constituency Budhni on May 2 to hear people’s complaints and assess the level of resentment among the people against the BJP government.

Leader of opposition in assembly Ajay Singh said besides PCC chief Arun Yadav, Congress MLAs would also join the chaupal. He said the chief minister was only making populist announcements while the situation at the ground level was going from the bad to worse. He said the party would build pressure on the government to solve the problems of the people which would come to the fore at the event.
