BHOPAL: Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will depose in the district and sessions court on Friday in the defamation case he had filed against Congress leader KK Mishra. Chouhan had filed the case on July 26, 2014 against the Congress leader Mishra over the accusations made by the latter regarding role of Sadhna Singh, wife of the CM in the Vyapam scam. Mishra had levelled allegations that Sadhna Singh was involved in the Vyapam scam besides a powerful person in this case. The recruitment scam had reportedly involved manipulation in the selection process for government jobs conducted by Vyapam (MPPEB).
