BHOPAL: The winners of singing, dancing, chess and tennis ball cricket competitions and mathematics and science quizzes organised by BSNL in different schools of the city were awarded at a function by Archana Pandey, chairperson of Telecom Women’s Central Organisation, Madhya Pradesh.
The competitions were organised by BSNL under the banner ‘BSNL Ke Sitare’ as part of its corporate social responsibility in April. The objective was to discover the hidden talent of students.
Addressing the award ceremony at the MP Circle office of the BSNL, chief general manager GC Pandey said BSNL was not a profit-oriented organisation. Being a government company, it had social responsibilities too and these included providing communication facilities to every member of society.
