BHOPAL: Three persons were booked by Gunga police for attacking a 40-year-old man at Kati Ghati under Gunga police station area.
According to police, victim Badan Singh was attacked by three persons of his village with wooden sticks.
The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital where his condition has been reported critical.
In the initial investigation, the police found that the victim had a fight with Rambabu and later, while he was on his way to lodge a complaint with the police he was attacked by Rambabu and his two accomplices with wooden sticks leaving him seriously injured. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was referred to Arogya Nidhi Hospital where he is undergoing treatment.
The victim is a farmer and had old enmity with the accused over a fight which occurred between their children. The victim was injured on head, hand and legs and sustained multiple fractures.
The three absconding accused were identified as Ram Babu Thakur , Om Prakash and Azad Singh Thakur. A case under section 307,294,323 and 34 of the IPC and have started further investigation.
