BHOPAL : A race titled ‘Freedom Run’ was organised on Monday under the aegis of AISECT University as part of its series of ‘Yaad Karo Kurbani’ fortnight. The race began from the university’s city office at Sarnath Complex and concluded at Govt Kamla Nehru Girls School, TT Nagar. The students of various courses of the University, staff along with members of NSS and NCC took part in the race.
The race was flagged off by chief guest Dr Akhilesh Pandey, chairman, MP private university regulatory commission, Ajay Chaubey, University’s vice chancellor, professor VK Verma and registrar Dr Vijay Singh.
Dr Pandey in his speech said the initiative of organising this race to generate feeling of patriotism was praise worthy.
