3700 dustbins’ distribution to set world record

Rajgarh : September 5, is going to be a memorable day in the history for Rajgarh. The Municipal Council and citizens are all set to get the city name included in ‘Golden Book of World Records’ with distribution of 3700 dustbins. A long human chain will be formed. The council is excited about the event and has urged all the citizens to support the programme.

MLA Velsingh Bhuria, Dhar MP Savitri Thakur, BJP District President Ramesh Dhadiwaal and all Administrative Officers will attend the event. The City Administration and Development Department Minister Kailash Vijaywargiya may attend the programme.

The Municipal employees and representatives went door to door and distributed invitation letters on Tuesday. September 5, has been named as ‘Collective Attempt Day’. The Municipality, along with its endevour to maintain sanitation in the city, expects support from all. The support has been attempted to be achieved through banners, announcement on dj and home to home invitation letter.

The municipality claims that the city will be the first and sole city in the state where the waste collection and management will be done with the help of all the citizens.
