Anand of Goregaon Sports Club rallied from a 1-2 deficit to overcome Sunil Khude of MIG 28-37, 44-2, 2-22, 41-9, 60-48, 35-26, while Ajinkya of Radio Club eased past formidable Sunil Jadhav of PJ Hindu Gymkhana 35-25, 30-18, 25-21, 28-19 in best-of-seven frames encounters.
Joining the Yelves in the last eight were Mahadeo Bhogle of JVPG and Milind Divekar of PJ Hindu Gymkhana.
