Thane: A 30-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly stealing cows in Ambernath in Thane district, police said on Sunday.
The accused, identified as Kalyan resident Nazmuddin Shaikh, was charged under IPC and Protection of Animals Act for stealing three cows at 7 am on Saturday in Bhuwapada from his neighbour, Ambernath police said.
