Mumbai: Terming the martyrs of the CRPF personnel in Pulwama attack as ‘political victims’, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray demanded a thorough inquiry of the National Security Advisor Ajit Doval be conducted to bring out the reality behind the attack. Raj is on a three-day tour of Kolhapur from Sunday. While addressing the public rally, Raj attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government.

Expressing his fear, the MNS chief said that voters should not forget demonetisation, Rafale scam deal and other corruptions, which had been committed by the Modi govt in the last five years. Hence the government would do something big to divert attention from the beginning or in the middle of the election. He said, “I would not say much, but will definitely raise these issues during the election rallies.”

The MNS chief said that when Pulwama attacks took place, Modi was busy on a film shoot at Jim Corbett National Park. Even after knowing about Pulwama attack, he did not stop his film shoot. Targeting the government over stopping the water to Pakistan, Thackeray questioned whether the government is going to obstruct the flow of river to Pakistan by placing Amit Shah into it? He said that Union Minister Nitin Gadkari warned that the water supply would be stopped to Pakistan.

He questioned whether is it a tap water, which would be supplied to Pakistan. He also questioned that, is there any International Water Act or not? Water is being supplied to Pakistan by two or three countries, and in that case can one country stop it.

The atmosphere is being created that Pakistan is the enemy. He also said that 40 CRPF personnel have been martyred in the Pulwama attack, the probe would bring the truth. But it is political sacrifice.
