Mumbai: With the increasing challenges that the party is facing in Maharashtra, the Congress leadership appears to have put aside the issue of resignation of Narayan Rane, their senior minister in the state. It is almost two weeks now that the Konkan strongman declared that he is resigning from the cabinet. He has been camping in Delhi for about a week now. He has met party vice-president Rahul Gandhi but not the Congress president as yet. Meanwhile, sources close to Rane have said that he will soon disclose his future plans if no decision is declared by the party high command within this week.
