In celebration of International Women’s Day, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Navi Mumbai, in collaboration with Jai Gajanan Mitra Mandal and Mahila Bachat Gat, is set to host a special event honoring accomplished women while promoting health, employment, and government welfare schemes.
About The Event
The event, scheduled for Sunday, March 9, 2025, from 10 AM to 2 PM, will take place at NMMC School, Kukushyet Village, Sector-14, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. The initiative aims to recognize the contributions of women, provide healthcare services, and create awareness about various government schemes benefiting women and marginalized communities.
A Mini Employment Fair will also be part of the event, offering job opportunities and guidance to attendees. The program will be graced by Ganesh Naik, Cabinet Minister of Maharashtra and Guardian Minister of Palghar.
"For women seeking employment opportunities, health services, and insights into government initiatives, this event promises to be a significant platform for empowerment and awareness," said former corporator and the organisor, Suraj Patil.
