Mumbai: In an accident which occurred on Friday, a Santro car abruptly caught fire near the Andheri Subway on Friday evening. The fire brigade control room received the information around 4.15 pm.
No casualty was reported as there were no one in the car at the time of the incident. This was a minor fire and necessary steps were taken by the firemen to bring the situation under control. One fire tender was sent by the fire brigade to the spot to douse the fire.
