On Sunday morning, a 20-year-old man’s body was found hanging from a tree in Aarey Colony in Goregaon. According to Hindustan Times, the incident came to light on Sunday around 7:30 am when locals saw the man hanging from a tree with a rope around his neck. The deceased lived with his parents in Aarey Colony. The 20-year-old did not return home on Saturday night and, on Sunday, his body was found hanging from a tree 200 metres away from his home.

There was no suicide note left behind by the deceased. The family of the 20-year-old man has alleged that someone murdered him and later hanged him to make it look like a suicide. But the preliminary investigation and post mortem report suggest that it is a case of suicide. The cops have sent the body to the forensic Laboratory for further investigation as the man’s father suspects that he was killed. The police have registered a case of accidental death.
