Real estate is one of the top investment avenues for the elite. And when it comes to Bollywood actors, buying luxury properties in Mumbai is definitely a must-have. The PM Narendra Modi biopic actor Vivek Anand Oberoi and wife Priyanka Oberoi have recently bought a bungalow in Juhu worth Rs 14.25 crore.
According to DNA, the bungalow is located at Raut Lane in Juhu and the deal was registered on March 27. The bungalow was owned by Aditya Singh and wife Sabina Singh who are famous restaurant owners. The cost of the bungalow is said to be more than the ongoing ready reckoner rate of the area, which stands at Rs 10.59 crore. The bungalow’s built-up area is 234.20 square metre, while the carpet area of the bungalow is 2,100 square feet. Vivek Oberoi has tendered Rs 85.50 lakh to register his bungalow with the registration department.
“The bungalow has a good structure, it is well decorated, and a decent price was charged for the property,” Sandeep Sadh, a realtor from Juhu told the leading daily. Earlier in January, Alia Bhatt bought a 2,300 square foot apartment in a sought-after building in Juhu for as much as Rs 13.11 crore.
