Mumbai: Amid discussions of “Operation Lotus,” Shiv Sena (UBT) MPs reached out to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi. They attempted to arrange a meeting at the Prime Minister’s Office in Parliament.

Last week, the MPs requested an appointment with the PM, but it was not granted. Even on Thursday, their request was denied. However, the Prime Minister’s Office has now scheduled a meeting with the Shiv Sena (UBT) MPs for Monday (December 16).

The exact purpose of this meeting is yet to be revealed. However, considering the ongoing developments in the state’s political landscape, the meeting between Modi and MPs from the Thackeray-led Shiv Sena is being viewed as significant.
