Mumbai: Mayor Sunil Prabhu on Friday also inaugurated the Citizen Facilitation Centre (CFC) at civic headquarters. It will be open on all days of the week from 8 am to 8 pm, except for public holidays. It will address issues such as registering complaints, issue of birth certificate, death certificate, registration certificates for new shops and businesses, etc. Prabhu also announced the MCGM mobile app, which will be available for the citizens 24×7. “Mumbaikars have a hectic life and paying bills to the MCGM is one of the many tasks. They can now make payment of water and property tax, and payments to the licence department through this app,” Prabhu said.
