Mumbai: A new friendship has blossomed between the Yuva Sena chief Aaditya Thackeray and the actor Disha Pattani, who is apparently dating Tiger Shroff. Disha and Aaditya were spotted one night last week as they were coming out of a restaurant and netizens took her to task for the outing with Aaditya, instead of Tiger.
Interestingly, Disha and Aaditya share their birthdays - June 13. Disha is two years younger than Aaditya. The birthday buddies cleared the air on Thursday.
First, it was Aaditya's turn to fend off queries at a press conference, where he was asked if he had received a gift from his special friend. He blushingly brushed it off with folded hands. When asked if he would be dining at Matoshree or going out on Thursday, an embarrassed Aaditya said he was going to be home for dinner.
As for Disha, she counter-questioned the trolls: "Am I not allowed to go out with friends for lunch or dinner? I don't choose friends based on their gender. Whoever I go out with is a friend and I don't go out only with my girlfriends. Everyone has friends that are male and female."
Trolls had demanded: "Where is Tiger? Tiger abhi zinda hai, ek tha Tiger" .
