Ujjain: Hundreds of people suffering from different ailments were given free of cost consultancy by specialised medical practitioners and experts during a series of camps organised by various organisations here on Sunday. Over 550 patients suffering from heart ailments were examined during a camp organised by Madhav Seva Nyas, Heart Care Associates and Saul Hospital, Ahmedabad.
Dr Anil Jain, Dr Rajan Modi, Dr Bharat Trivedi, Dr Ketan Patel, Dr Chirag Mehta, Dr Apoorv Patel and Dr Rajendra Bhukkhar rendered their services. Selected patients will be operated in concessional fees at Amhedabad. Those present on the occasion included Seva Bharti Malwa region vice-president Vivek Dubey, Nyas president Vijay Kevliya, secrertary Vipin Arya, RSS head Shripad Joshi and camp convener Kapil Katariya among others.
Likewise, over 250 patients of heart, neurological disorders, joint and bone diseases, ear, nose and neck problems, skin diseases among others were examined, free-ofcost, during 11th Kishanlal Garg (Kaku) memorial superspecialist camp held at Shri Clinic, Budhwariya under the aegis of Lions Club Ujjain Awantika.
Specialists who rendered their services in the camp included Dr Shailendra Trivedi, Dr Ramkrishna Shukla, Dr Varun Katariya, Dr Rajnish Kachara, Dr Arvind Rawal, Dr Saurabh Malviya, Dr Rajeev Gupta and Dr Varun Kothari. Camp convener Dr Vijay Garg said that over three dozen patients sufferring from differrent ailments were advised for further medication and medical management.
A 4-day Madhur Madhumeh (diabetes) camp concluded at Brahmakumari Sanstha’s Shivdarshandham at Ved Nagar on Sunday. Dr Vatsalan Nayar from Mount Abu imparted guidance to more than 70 persons who participated in the camp. MLA Paras Jain and Brahmakumari Usha Didi also graced the occasion.
Further, over 209 persons were examined during free eye camp hosted by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal at Bairwa Dharmshala, Shanti Nagar.
Dr Sushil Sharma, Dr Gurdeep Singh Soni and Dinesh Yadav rendered their services at the camp. The organisers pledged to bear all expenditures of 8 persons who were selected for eye operation. Those present included Ashok Jain Chaywala, Mahesh Tiwari, Manish Rawal, Ankit Chaubey and Mahesh Kumawat among others.
