Ujjain: A girl was being raped by her lover for two years on pretext of marriage, and later the boy declined to marry her. The victim girl lodged complaint with police.
According to Mahakal police the girl is a BSc final year student who was in relationship with accused Sanjay Dangi, son of Radheshyam Dangi, resident of Jhalawar (Rajasthan). In her statement to police she said that Sanjay cheated her and raped her many times for last two years, and now he is not marrying her.
The police on the basis of the statement of the girl registered a case against Sanjay under Section 376 and arrested him.
