Ingredients:

1 cup Heavy cream

½ cup Rooh Afza 

½ teaspoon Maida

½ teaspoon Vanilla essence

2 teaspoon Sugar (add according to your taste)

Easy 5-step Rooh Afza ice cream recipe

Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk heavy cream until it becomes light, fluffy, and creamy.

Step 2: Add Rooh Afza syrup to the whipped cream and mix until well combined. Then, stir in a small amount of all-purpose flour (maida), vanilla essence, and sugar (if needed) for extra sweetness.

Step 3: Continue whisking until all ingredients blend smoothly, creating a thick and creamy mixture.

Step 4: Pour the mixture into a container, smooth the top, and drizzle some extra Rooh Afza syrup for a rich flavour. Place it in the freezer for 3-4 hours until fully set.
