Kathtiwada : Kanya Shiksha Parisar is witnessing appointments on the basis of relations, and this has been found true as far as the departmental enquiries are concerned.
According to the information, teachers of three subjects—science, maths and arts were to be appointed as guest lecturers and five applications were received against these three posts. One of the applicants, even after having pursued the B. Ed degree was termed as disqualified and another candidate who is a relative of the warden of the compound.
She also has been appointed as one of the guest lecturers. It was also found in the departmental enquiry that two teachers had been appointed in the arts section against the vacancy of one teacher. According to the norms one teacher was to appointed for science, maths and arts section.
More irregularities highlighted
Some more irregularities have been highlighted. The guest lecturers whose joining orders were given on July 31, were given final joining on July 15 itself. Two separate meetings of parents and teachers were shown—where two proposals were made and applications number of both the proposals were different.

BEO RS Dawar said that the Superintendent of the facility has been notified of the irregularities. However the warden of the Kanya Parisar said that the appointments have been done on the basis of qualifications.
