Indore : Bowing to the pressure of striking service providers and registration advocates, the State Government has decided to make necessary changes in e-Registration software, Sampda. So, e-Registration server will remain closed from January 23 to 26. It will start functioning again from January 27.
On the 9th day of state-wide strike of the service providers and registration advocates, the government understood the severity of the complaints raised by them. Inspector General (IG) of Registration and Stamps Deepaly Rastogi issued orders to make necessary changes in the software so that complaints of faulty acceptance of payment and other issues can be addressed properly. Accordingly, the server of registration software ‘Sampda’ will be shut for three four days (from January 23 to 26). In the meantime, the engineers would remove all complaints of faulty payments.
Pramod Dwivedi, president of striking service providers, said that the information regarding this is flashing on the website of the department.
However, he alleged that that some top officers of the Finance, and Registration and Stamps department are misleading the chief minister and creating hurdle in resolving the issues.
