A disturbing video has surfaced online showing a small child coming under the wheels of a moving SUV. The incident reportedly took place in Punjab's Gobindgarh.
The video shows a child running on the street, presumably toward a woman who was walking with a girl on the street. The child does not see the car coming from behind and gets run over by what appears to be a Mahindra SUV.
According to reports, despite being run down by the car, the child survived.
An X user named Gagandeep Singh has shared the CCTV footage of the incident on X. Sharing the video, he wrote, "Negligence at its peak in Mandi Gobindgarh! A car ran over a 2-year-old child, but fortunately, the child survived. The question arises, who was at fault?"
The footage shows people rushing to rescue the child after he gets knocked down by the car and gets trapped under the vehicle. After being signaled by people, the car driver moves the car backward, after which the child is pulled out from under the vehicle.
The date when the incident took place remains unknown.
