Chennai: Tamil Nadu government today placed the services of two senior IAS officials at the disposal of Central government, with one of them set to be appointed in the Union Home Ministry.
According to a Government Order here the services of Principal Secretary, Transport Department, Braj Kishore Prasad “are placed at the disposal” of Government of India for appointment as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs.
Similarly, Ashish Chatterjee, Additional Commissioner of Revenue Administration, Disaster Management and Mitigation will move to Union Ministry of Commerce and Industry to be appointed as Director in the Department of Commerce.
