Our Bureau/New Delhi : A premature failure of a Russian turbine servicing one of the two Russian nuclear reactors at Kudankulam has prompted Prime Minister Narendra Modi to call off the summit meeting in the nuclear town with Russian President Vladimir Putin planned to showcase the time-tested ties between the two countries.

Their summit meeting will be now in Delhi next week as Putin flies in for the annual bilateral summit talks. He has been also invited to address a joint session of Parliament.
