In a horrifying incident, a doctor in Madhya Pradesh allegedly killed his driver by using technique seen in TV show Breaking Bad. The doctor killed his driver, then cut his body into pieces and put them into a drum filled with acid in order to dissolve them and erase evidence.
According to Hindustan Times, the accused has been identified as Dr Sunil Mantri (58), who lives in Anand Nagar in Hoshangabad. The victim has been identified as Birendra alias Biru Pachauri (30). Sunil Mantri had an illicit affair with the victim’s wife and wanted driver out of the way. The police have said that the Mantri’s late wife and victim’s wife used to run a boutique together at his Anand Nagar house since 2010. But after Mantri’s wife died, Biru’s wife continued running boutique alone. That is when Saxena and victim’s wife developed illicit relations. But after sometime, Biru got suspicious about the relationship and threatened Mantri that he would expose him.
During interrogation, Mantri confessed of killing Biru that he could continue his relationship with his wife. Mantri somehow convince Biru of becoming his driver. On Monday, on his first day of work, Biru and Mantri to Itarsi civil hospital. But after returning home in the evening, Biru started complaining about toothache. That is when Mantri gave Biru a strong pain killer injection which made him drowsy.
After Biru felt drowsy, Mantri took advantage of the situation and cut Biru’s throat with a knife and then chopped his body with a saw. After chopping the body into pieces, Mantri put the body parts in acid drums in order to erase all the evidence. The incident came to light after neighbours informed the police. Police have said that they found blood on Mantri’s shirt when they reached the spot and also found the drum filled with acid and body parts.
