New Delhi : “Nitish Kumar is ranting in frustration and disappointment which is a result of the impending defeat which he can see coming. That is why he has spoken so uncharitably about Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” this was senior BJP leader and union minister, Nitin Gadkari’s counter attack on Bihar chief minsiter Nitish Kumar when the later alleged that the special package announced by the Prime Minister has nothing but repackaging of existing projects and sanctions.
The BJP fielded its former president Nitin Gadkari after Nitish Kumar unleashed an all out attack on Modi’s largesse. Nitish started early in the morning with a series of tweets. He followed up the attack with a detailed press conference. Nitish argued that the PM’s package was just 10,500 crores because more than 1.08 lakh crores of 1.25 lakh crores was part of existing plans.
