New Delhi : The Bharatiya Janata Party’s website, bjp.org, was revived on Wednesday after five days of a truncated website mounted to release the names of candidates in the current elections.
Many details from the original website that became inaccessible three weeks ago are still missing, but the revived one has the key subjects like the media resources, “join BJP”, “Make a donation,” coming events, Kamal Sandesh, BJP live and links to the state websites.
It also carried links of various press conferences held in the party headquarters here on Thursday as also an invite for “main bhi chowkidar” to connect with PM on March 31 at 5 PM, and a campaign theme of Prime Minister’s vision of doubling farmers’ income by 2022. Missing, however, are all old activities of the party that were a resource bank for media and researchers as also the list of office-bearers, national executive and over a dozen committees.
