New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP national president Amit Shah, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh are collectively pleased at the performance of the party in 16 municipal councils elections in Madhya Pradesh.
Spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi described the ‘clean sweep’ by the party as befitting reply to the anti-development and negative politics practised by the Congress president Sonia Gandhi and her deputy Rahul during the recent monsoon session
of the parliament.
All the top leaders including Modi took to the twitter to celebrate the electoral success of the party and personally congratulated Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan who has been the target of the Congress criticism for the past few weeks.
In the context of the allegations leveled by the Congress in admission cum recruitment scam of Vyapam, Trivedi said that these charges had already been rejected by the Madhya Pradesh High Court and now these have also been dismissed in the people’s court.
