Patna: The BJP on Friday asked Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to seek clarifications from Deputy CM Tejashwi Prasad Yadav and forest minister Tej Pratap Yadav for violation of conduct rules.

Sushil Kumar Modi, former deputy chief minister for 14 years in a tweet said, "Mahagathbandhan government has started new practices in breach of official business rules. In a departmental meeting, Tej Pratap was seen present with his sister's husband Shailesh Kumar and Tejashwi with his RJD activist from Haryana, Sanjay Yadav".

Modi said the two sons of Lalu Prasad were taking assistance of the brother-in-law and a Karyakarta in discussing official issues with additional chief secretary and chairman of Pollution Control Board yesterday.
