Another senior IAS man shunted out from MHA

New Delhi : Senior IAS officer Pravir Kumar was on Tuesday sent back to his cadre Uttar Pradesh within one month of his appointment in Home Ministry. Kumar, a 1982 batch IAS officer, was working as Secretary in Inter State Council Secretariat in the Ministry and had received orders on August 28. The Appointments Committee of Cabinet has approved the premature repatriation of Kumar to the cadre, a brief order issued by Personnel Ministry said, without mentioning the reason, reports PTI. Before being appointed to the post, he was working as Director General of Foreign Trade under Commerce Ministry.
