New Delhi : Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chairperson Barkha Shukla Singh on Monday alleged that the Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Government functions according to its will and does not trust anybody.
“The AAP works according to its own will, they have their own laws and they do not trust anyone,” Singh told ANI here. “The media and the people are saying this, but it’s his (Kejriwal) government and he can do whatever he wants,” she added. Earlier on Sunday, Kejriwal had alleged that a section of the media had tried to tarnish the AAP’s image and called for their ‘public trial’. He also defended Delhi’s Law Minister Jitender Singh Tomar, who is accused of faking his degree. Kejriwal said that Tomar had given him a ‘satisfactory answer’ when asked about the validity of his degree.
