It’s no surprise that fitness enthusiast Malaika Arora is one of the fittest stars in Bollywood. The 44-year-old actress consistently shares her workout routines and videos on her social media accounts.
In her posts, she has displayed immense body strength by accurately performing some of the toughest and most advanced exercises. A popular feature of Malaika’s posts are her Pilates routines courtesy of celebrity fitness expert Namrata Purohit.
Pilates is a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.
The actress flaunted her toned body and flexibility once again with her new pictures on Instagram. Malaika can be seen forming a C-shaped curve with her body while balancing her entire body weight on her hands that are tied to rods.
Another pictures shows her inverting her legs over her body with her hands still tied to the rods.
