Did Mouni Roy throw a tantrum at Akash Ambani, Shloka Mehta’s wedding? Details inside

Mouni Roy was on the verge of canceling her performance at Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta’s wedding which took place this year on March 9. According to a report in Bollywoodshaddi.com, Mouni had a heated argument with the security personnel at the wedding, so much so that the actress at one point even decided to cancel her performance but as the payment was already done by the Ambanis, the actress was left with no choice but to go ahead and complete her performance.

For those unaware, Ambanis had a very strict security arrangement at the wedding of Akash and Shloka. From sealing the camera lenses of the mobile phones in order to avoid leakage of any off-guard pictures to providing special wrist bands to the guests at the wedding. Although the security reasons were very strict, each and every celebrity who graced the occasion had to adhere by the rules.

As per the report, “Mouni was not at all comfortable with her phone being locked, but the condition was applicable to all the guests at the party and hence she had to agree to it.”

When in spite of repeated attempts, the security guards didn’t budge, the actress was left with no option but to follow the security instructions. However, once Mouni reached the green room to get ready for her performance she did try to remove the sticker from her phone when she was again interrupted by the security who warned her not to do so.

After this Mouni lost her cool and had a heated argument with the security personnel. Mouni was so fumed that she also wanted to cancel her performance but since the payment was already done, Mouni didn’t have an option but to perform. Another reason Mouni performed despite all the argument was the fact that she didn’t wanted to come under the bad books of India’s most influential family, the Ambanis.

On the work front, Mouni will be next seen in John Abraham’s RAW and Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra.
