Western Railway Women’s Welfare Organisation (WRWWO) has always come forward to provide help and care to railwaymen & their families. It has continued to work relentlessly and has dedicated itself towards multifarious welfare activities. This organization has always held aloft the banner of such benevolent gestures, with Mrs. Tanuja Kansal - President of WRWWO leading it from the forefront, whole heartedly and with great devotion. In continuation to such exemplary precedence, on the occasion of 37th Raising Day Ceremony of Railway Protection Force of Western Railway, President Kansal presented Water Dispensers for the RPF Barracks.
According to a press release issued by Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, President Kansal donated water dispensers for RPF barracks of Western Railway to enable fresh and clean drinking water. In her address at the occasion, Kansal applauded the grit and valour of RPF jawans of Western Railway. She elucidated that RPF display their true values of hardwork, attentiveness and humanitarianism through their good works. She emphasized that the dedication of RPF towards their duty has always been held in high esteem and has made Indian Railways proud. Despite challenging times, RPF has ensured in creating a friendly & supportive environment for public and passengers. Kansal stated that the contribution of women personnel in RPF is increasing steadily, making women stronger and reliant. While concluding her speech, Kansal spoke of three key rules to be successful: ‘Khud Se Vaada, Mehnat Zyada and Majboot Iraada’. She said that with these rules we can achieve our goals and dreams.
