According to a regulatory filing, IndusInd Bank has appointed its compliance officer Anand Kumar Das, as its Deputy Company Secretary and a Key Managerial Personnel of the bank.
He will continue to be compliance officer and nodal officer for IndusInd Bank, even after taking over additional responsibilities.
