The strategic moves enhance convenience, comfort, and engagement to elevate airport and travel experience at Adani-operated airports.
Focused on enhancing the travel and airport experience through innovative technology and customer-centric solutions, ADL inaugurated a 150-seater office in Ahmedabad, from where the team will continue to develop customer-centric solutions for the airport environment. These solutions are said to address common travel challenges such as time constraints, limited awareness of amenities, and long queues.
Adani OneApp: Your Digital Airport Companion
By bringing all airport services onto a single digital platform, Adani OneApp is said to transform the journey from transactional to experiential, enhancing personalisation, convenience, and efficiency for every traveller. Serving as a digital companion, the app is aimed at empowering passengers to plan, navigate, and enjoy their airport experience.
Streamlined Lounge Access and Pre-Booking
The features include a first-of-its-kind loyalty programme in the Indian airport ecosystem called Adani Rewards, which is designed exclusively for airport travellers. It is focused on delivering exceptional value and unforgettable experiences. According to ADL, the programme spans food and beverages, retail, car parking, duty-free shopping as well as meet and greet services. The digital platform will also streamline lounge access at Adani-operated airports by allowing the travellers to pre-book lounges.
Real-Time Flight Status and Travel Information
The technology arm of AAHL also claimed that the app will help travellers with browsing and shopping from an extensive catalogue of food and beverages, duty-free, and retail stores. Convenient airport services such as delivery at gate, multi-cart orders, group orders for duty-free, as well as park and fly for seamless parking will be available through the app. Moreover, it will provide live flight status tracking with instant notifications as well as easy access to high-speed airport Wi-Fi and essential travel information.
