Bhopal : Invigilators caught a Munnabhai in pre polytechnic test (PPT) for impersonation in Chhindwara district. One more candidate was booked for use of unfair means at Vidisha district in the same test.
PPT-2015 was held at 226 centres in 24 cities across the State on Sunday by MP Professional Examination Board, known as Vyapam. Tight vigil was laid for the test at centres and students were allowed to enter the test centre only after thorough search. Electronic gadgets including mobile phones were not allowed at the examination centre. Despite it, a student in Vidisha district managed to take mobile phone at the centre and was caught in the mid of the test. A case for use of unfair means was registered against him. Meanwhile, board spokesman said, one more candidate appearing in the test on the place of other was caught. His photograph did not match with Vyapam’s record. Board officials said, the test registered 87 percent attendance. Total 97167 candidates were registered for the test. It was held at 14 centres in Bhopal. Total 4876 candidates were enrolled for them.
